Tucked away in a beautiful heritage listed building in Woolloongabba, this stunning creative space is bathed in natural light all day.
With 15ft ceilings and original hardwood floors, the space is exudes a New York charm with it's loft style interior.
House of Vincent is available for hire for a variety of creative disciplines. From photography and film to visual and performing arts.
Amenities
KITCHEN
Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect to store lunches, drinks and anything else! We also have a coffee machine and gourmet tea's available free of charge.
LIGHTING
While our studio is beautifully lit all day, we recommend bringing your own photography/video lighting as we do not have lighting available.
PHOTO PAPER
Along with our white cyclorama, we have a photo wall with white, pink and light brown paper available.
BATHROOM & SHOWER
Need to freshen up? We got you! Our bathroom & shower are available for your use. Please be water wise and BYO towel!
HMU STATION
Our studio has a beautiful hair & makeup station ready to use! Complete with LED lit mirror and professional make up chair.
PROPS
Our studio has multiple chairs, faux plants and props available for your shoot. Should you require anything specific, please ask and we will do our best to source
CHANGE AREA
We have a designated change area, complete with clothes rack and clothes steamer, ensuring your garments are shoot ready!
PREP AREA
The space has multiple areas where you and your team can prep, including meeting desks, chairs and stools.
ACCESS
Please note: our space is not wheelchair accessible and access is via a flight of 24 stairs. Please consider this when booking.
